About Exceed Football
Exceed Football is a Sutherland Shire-based football academy dedicated to developing players of all ages and abilities to reach their full potential. Through high-quality coaching, we focus on every aspect of player development, including technical, tactical, physical, and mental performance. Every session is designed to challenge players in a positive environment while building confidence, game intelligence, and a lifelong love for football. We are proud to support the Sutherland Shire football community and play our part in developing the next generation of local players.
MEET THE OWNER
Jonty Busch
Jonty Busch is a former NPL NSW footballer and qualified personal trainer, holding Certificates III and IV in Fitness. He began his football journey in Dubbo before progressing to play for Broadmeadow Magic in the NPL NSW, spending time playing in Coventry, England, and most recently representing the Sutherland Sharks. Jonty's experience across high-level football and strength and conditioning provides players with a well-rounded approach to their development.
